Questions about frozen foods

How are frozen products shipped?

Frozen products travel in refrigerated (reefer) containers set to −18 °C or colder. We coordinate cold storage, stuffing and the reefer booking so the cold chain is not broken.

Can I mix frozen products in one container?

Yes. Different frozen products can share a reefer container as long as they need the same temperature. Frozen goods cannot be mixed with ambient products in the same container.
